Capuche is a very cuddly and playful cat who does not like to be left alone. She therefore asks for a little presence, a little mash morning and evening and the cleaning of her litter box every day. Please note, she is unfortunately very afraid of young children, so we cannot accommodate families. We also have many indoor plants that just need watering once a week in the winter, twice a week in the summer.

Our apartment is located on a square, in the heart of the old city center and directly overlooks the Notre-Dame la Grande church, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the foot of the building, many shops, bars and restaurants. We are a 10 minute walk from the train station. This is a large 100 m2 apartment consisting of a large living room overlooking the square and three bedrooms, one of which (pictured) overlooking the square, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The center of Poitiers is very pleasant, both animated by the café terraces and calm because it remains a small town. The Saturday morning market is particularly charming! It’s a relaxed city center as we like it.
